My wife 'discovered' Bill when out walking. We were looking for painters and she saw what a great job he was doing on a house in our neighbourhood, so approached him to check his availability.
Luckily for us he took on our job, the painting of a townhouse. The job went smoothly and efficiently. Discussions and quoting were highly professional. I remember turning up to see how the job was going and being impressed that some of the windows (where possible) had been removed for proper sanding and finishing. This was an organised, efficient team that simply got on with the job with skill and thoroughness.
Bill showed continual attention to our needs, checking back with us to ensure that we were happy as the job progressed. All requests from us were met with politeness, good humour and a willing spirit and our neighbours were so impressed that they asked Bill to do some painting for them as well!

We have used Bill Roumeliotis from EM.ES Painting and Decorating Services on several occasions and found his work to be of a very high standard.

He finished off the work at our development property in Sandringham as the previous painters had not done a very good job. As it was a high end development, we needed to have a good finish which Bill was able to achieve.

I have since used him at my house and have recommended his services to clients of mine. One client who is a very fastidious person and had a lot of trouble with their previous painter was very appreciative of recommending him.
